These Shop Terms and Conditions govern all purchases made through the online storefront(s) operated by Holroyd & Co. Media Group, LLC (operating as Golden Aperture) and Holroyd Literary Works, LLC. We offer a variety of digital and physical goods including but not limited to: art prints, photography, literary works, merchandise, and digital downloads. All product descriptions, prices, and availability are subject to change without notice.
2. Pricing and Payment
All prices are listed in U.S. dollars. We accept major credit cards and other payment methods through Wix Payments. Prices do not include shipping, taxes, or applicable fees unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors.
3. Order Confirmation
You will receive an email confirmation once your order is placed. This does not constitute acceptance. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders at our sole discretion for any reason, including suspected fraud or stock unavailability.
4. Shipping and Delivery
We strive to process and ship orders within 5–7 business days. Delivery times vary based on location and carrier. We are not responsible for shipping delays once items are in transit. Please confirm your shipping address before completing your order.
5. Returns, Refunds, and Cancellations
Please refer to our full Return and Refund Policy for detailed terms. Custom items and digital downloads are non-refundable. Cancellation requests must be received within 24 hours of purchase and before the item ships.
6. Digital Products and Downloads
Upon completing a purchase of a digital product, you will receive access via email or website download link. Please ensure your email address is accurate. Digital products are for personal use only and may not be redistributed, resold, or altered for commercial use.
7. Limited Use License
All products—digital or physical—are the intellectual property of Holroyd & Co. Media Group, LLC, Holroyd Literary Works, LLC, or their respective creators. Purchasing a product grants you a limited, non-transferable license for personal use. No commercial reproduction is allowed without express written consent.
8. Taxes and Duties
Buyers are responsible for any applicable taxes, import duties, or customs fees. These are not included in the listed price unless otherwise noted.
9. Account Creation (if applicable)
Some features may require creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account.

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during checkout. We are not responsible for delivery failures or order issues caused by incorrect information.
